The Turning Tides Music Festival is a single day community celebration of folk music set in beautiful Day Island Park in Springfield, Oregon, featuring eight headlining acts vendors, song circle, and more, all in a bucolic setting along the Willamette River.

The multicultural, community-building, participatory featuring 2026 recipient, International Folk Music Artist of the Year (Carsie Blanton) and 2025 recipient, International Folk Music Artist of the Year (Crys Mathews).
